This support Software permits a quick identification of constructive solutions for rehabilitations of buildings which could be adopt, with indication of benefits relatively to the existing constructive solution, both as in terms of hygrothermal comfort and/or acoustic comfort of the building, as in terms of contribution for the reduction of energy consumption. This tool, available online, permits the evaluation of the costs associated to implementation of optimized constructive solutions. This cost/benefit analysis is made in function of the building location (climatic zone). For each optimized solution is determined the annual energetic saving, when compared with a common solution, and the increase of admissible cost for the optimized solution relatively to the common solution, to not exceed a certain return period required.
