Tool available online which permit a quick identification of constructive solutions optimized which could be adopted, with indication of added value relatively to the utilization of current constructive solutions, both as in terms of higrothermal comfort improvement and/or acoustic improvement of the building, as in terms of contribution for the energetic consumption reduction.  It permits the evaluation of costs associated to the implementation of optimized constructive solutions. This evaluation of cost/benefit is made with the consideration of the building location, (climatic zone). For each optimized solution it is determined the annual energetic saving comparing with the current solution, the increase of the admissible cost for the optimized solution, comparing with the present solution, to not exceed a certain return period required.
