It is intended for this document to be a consult instrument for owners and construction agents, gathering useful information for who is interested in energetic and acoustic rehabilitation actions. Besides identify the basic and relevant concepts for the understanding the thermal behavior and the acoustic performance of buildings, it points measures of improvement to increase the thermal and acoustic  comfort of interior environments, both as safeguard the interior air quality and minimize the energetic consumptions associated to heating and lighting.
